Just the Facts is thrilled to be able to share this fun and informative series with you!

Episode 1: Periods

Half of the entire world population bleeds on a regular basis, yet the topic remains weirdly taboo. From cis men, to non-binary folks, to people who bleed no longer - our 25 interviewees share their own takes on shame, pain minimisation and earlier memories.

Episode 2: Sexual Health

We keep banging on about keeping our young people safe, yet education around sexual health is severely lacking to say the least... but not just with kids. Today, there's still far too many adults carrying shame and uncertainty around sexual and mental health.

In this episode, people share their frank observations and experiences on Aotearoa's heteronormative approach to 'sex ed', how the internet and Gen Z is allowing space for all, and unhelpful narratives picked up from childhood.

Episode 3: Reproductive Health

When was the last time you talked about the health of your reproductive organs? A huge portion of people live with endometriosis, PCOS, prostate cancer - and the place where we learn the most about it is social media! Well, here is another free lesson for y'all - stories, takes, and experiences of 25 kiwis.

Episode 4.1: Let's Talk About Pleasure

We like to think of our era as this liberated sexual time where everyone is open-minded and explorative... and yet, sex and pleasure remain some of the most taboo topics ever. Our interviewees tell you how they view sex, some liberating nuggets about their pleasure, and tackle the old question... what does it mean to be "good at sex"?

Episode 4.2: Let's Talk About Pleasure

Warning: This video contains non-descriptive mentions of sexual assault.

We joke about some of the myths or narratives around pleasure, yet sometimes they get stuck with us forever - our interviewees share more in this second part of "Let's Talk About Pleasure".
